Transmission Planning Optical Fiber - Executive

Requirements:
* Minimum 2~3 years experience as transmission (optical) planning department in operator (preferable), and 3~5 years experience in Telco Industry.
* Bachelor degree in Telecommunication Engineering
* Hands on planning experience in Transmission
* Good in English both oral and written

Principal Accountabilities :
· ADM/Mux planning for Access/Metro/Backbone/POI/LL;
· Plan optical network design to cover new area/city;
· Capacity forecast and planning;
· DB management and CR generate;
· Proactive to improve standard planning guideline & initiative to provide protection mechanism for whole requested activity as standard planning guideline
